Christmas in Tivoli
What’s special about Christmas in Tivoli, is that everything is hand crafted. From their famous roast pork sandwich to the shining star on top of the giant Christmas tree. Everything, you wonder? Yes. Even the Christmas balls receive a special treatment. This year, the park has added 30,000 new Christmas balls with a proper sparkle along with a brand new light show consisting of 16,000 bulbs. Stroll around in the park and have a taste of the real Danish Christmas treats gløgg & æbleskiver. This is a hot and spicy drink made from red wine and is traditionally accompanied by round, pan-fried cakes served with sugar and jam. Last but not least; don’t forget to visit the Tivoli pixies, the Alpine village, and the many rides and Christmas stalls.
